SDF Future Bar

This installation was created for the Seattle Design Foundation 5th anniversary. The theme for the year’s grants was the future of Seattle. The Future Bar was made to create a space to usher in the future. As people entered the structure, they were to be met with a figure that granted them with a card with a question asking them to think about what they want for Seattle’s future. The front of the installation created the same introspection with a series of motion graphics that explore the space and intent of the event. People were then invited to engage with the structure by creating a free space of play through shadows and drawing.
